Hunting and Guns

2008:

"2 point" buck (his other antler is missing) November 29 11:15AM
This guy was only interested in the doe that he was chasing.  It was a 100 yard shot quartering away.  It blew out his lungs and hit dead center of his heart, then lodged in (which dislodged) his right leg.  He then proceeded to run full speed (crooked) for 75 yards before pilling up.  The blood trail was about 2 feet wide solid red the whole way there.

Northern Michigan frozen food
This doe was shot opening day at around 9:15 AM.  She was hit in the right lung and the exit wound blew out her left shoulder.  It was a 60-75 yard shot.

Thanksgiving Day pictures:

Some turkeys and a squirrel (which was a LONG ways away, 40X magnification on Julie's camera came in handy)
